Akagi is tutoring Kaji, but he keeps flirting with her, driving her to show her bad side again. Kana and Chiaki discover that mothers are a very effective contraceptive. Kurihara and Yamane make plans to go to the movies, but he that realizes he'd had plans to go to the movies with his friend, Motoyama-kun

When news of this reaches Chiaki and Kana, Kana asks why their relationship has not progressed the same way; and Chiaki ends up clumsily attempting to kiss her. Ryōko becomes incensed when Masafumi asks to fondle her in the library

Takurō and Chizuru repeatedly glance at each other during swim class. Haruhiko and Saki address their recent miscommunication and decide to become friends again, though each still harbors feelings for the other. Ayaka hopes Takeru will kiss her again due to her coughing during their first kiss; but Takeru is hesitant, thinking the first kiss was too forward
